Mexican-style Corn Lager
We designed this beer to pair with the food from Albura Taqueria! We brewed it with locally grown Pilsner Malt from Virginia and added two types of corn: local heirloom and masa (used to make tortillas). The combination is crisp, clean, with a rich slightly savory corn flavor!

Bright white head on a golden liquid. Clean mineral and cornbread aromas. Crisp and dry with sweet corn and earthy tone turning to bitter medium length finish. Old school lager without a doubt, yet repeatable.

Can shared by CLW--thanks, Chris! Lightly hazy, bright yellow, no sparkle, head, or lacing. Aroma is corn, hint of glue. Taste is strong corn, Pilsner malt. Smooth, frothy texture, average carbonation, finish as taste. A strong corn lager.

Malt forward, corn is clean and bright, a touch of earthy grain note, rounded and crisp
