On Tap dull soft golden with a thin light beige head. Very light pale malts and just a touch of noble bittering hops. Very pleasant and easy drinking light malty beer. Quite good actually.

500 ml bottle into lager glass, no bottle dating. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy deep golden/amber color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lasts. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of cracker, biscuit, bread dough, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance of bready malt and earthy hop notes; with good strength. Taste of big cracker, biscuit, bread dough, light honey, herbal, grass, light pepper, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light-moderate herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of cracker, biscuit, bread dough, pepper, light honey, and herbal/grassy/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great robustness and balance of bready malt and earthy hop flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent flavors after the finish. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal yeast notes present. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, and bready/grainy/creamy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.6%. Overall this is an awesome amber Kellerbier style! All around great robustness and balance of bready malt and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink. Very flavorful and well balanced. Outstanding style example. A really enjoyable offering.
