Lo and Behold is a ruby-toned cherry country beer inspired by the Flemish red ale. We age this beer in Port barrels for a good long while before refermenting it atop Danube cherries.

Bottle from the source: pours deep purple with small head. Aroma is wood, wine, mellow cherry, not much vinegar. This is a subtler and more delicate Flemish red than your standard acidic and super cherry forward variant. The cherry is more delicate and reserved, and the port adds a pleasant wininess and woody notes. Quite nice.
