Mixed culture Berliner Weisse brewed with Pilsner malt, raw wheat, and raw honey from the farm apiary. Conditioned for 6 months in second use Chardonnay barrels before further conditioning on locally sourced and carbonically macerated fruit. This trio features one bottle each of blackberry, blueberry and strawberry iterations of Nebulae.

Bottle at Man full o trouble: pours redddish clear with small head. Aroma is blueberry, lactic funk, some wood. Taste has pleasant cultures and light sourness with reserved fruitiness.
