Bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering, fonefan. Nice creamy head with excellent duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, malt, hops and has a sweet light watery finish.

50cl bottle. Pours clear amber colour with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild toasted malt, caramel, some berries. Taste toasted malt, caramel, red malt, dry berries.Interesting but nothing special.

Clear amber-copper color, steady small off-white head and lace. Aroma has spruce and pine needles or even birch leaves. Some crystal malt. Light-bodied. Flavor is similar to nose: birch leaves, pine needles, light caramalt base. Quite light and uninspiring although well-brewed.

500ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average to huge, foamy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, off-white head. Sweet-ish, mellow malty, fruity aroma, notes of strawberry and plum. Taste is minimally sweet malty, dry hoppy overtones, fruity hints of strawberry and plum; light body, slightly watery.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Ales by Mail. Pours totally clear chestnut gold with a frothy tan/off-white lather. The aroma has dry, leafy hops, berries, grains. Light sweet flavor with strong toasty, grassy bitterness, some earth, pine, grain husk, tea bag, berry skins. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Drying, bitter and lightly astringent on the finish, with dry and toasty malts, grains, leaves, tobacco, faint plastic, leather, more berry skins and grain husk. The aftertaste is a bit unpleasant, too grass and astringent. Could do with some tweaking.
