Pours slightly hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Tart lemon and funk aromas. Sharp with band aid, horseblanket and funky lemon front to back. Not bad for 3.8%, 8-year-old bottle from 2016...

Refrigerated 0.5 L brown bottle poured into a glass. Clear hazy pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is funky, medium body, medium carbonation, and pretty good small bubble lacing. Taste is tart, funky, and a little yeast.

From the brewery: pours pale and slightly hazy. Aroma is basements and funk. Taste is dry and lightly tart. Very simple in a sense but has a nice bit of complexity and a pleasant aftertaste.

From a 50 cl bottle. Opened a gusher. When things calmed down the pour was a hazy pale straw with a white head. Funky, earthy aroma of white grapes. Light bodied and fizzy, with flavors of hay and lemon. Refreshing finish..

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Adam S. Hazy pale yellow. Great funky aroma, fruity, floral, rustic. Dry flavor, a bit tart, light bitterish note. Medium-bodied. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle 500ml. @ pre. Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Oxbow / Naparbier La Griseta ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, light to moderate hoppy, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, light barnyard - leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart, saison yeast, dry, funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160819]

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Cloudy pale yellow, minimal head. Lemony nose. Dry with light body and clean mouthfeel. Lemon, blood and meta, slight grainy malt. Mid bitter finish.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Friday, Day 1 37.5cl bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow colour with a tiny white head. Aroma of dry and fresh pale fruits, melons, pineapple. Taste of spicy malt, wheat, pale fruits, herbs, refreshing, okay!

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Hazy very pale yellow color, virtually no head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, lightly sourish, slightly a citrussy hint. Blends together quite well. Not bad at all. Nice.
