Faint pear aroma. Cloudy amber, thin head. Pear with a minty mildly antiseptic quality. Medium body, easy carbonation, dry. Highly attenuated, maybe a bit clinical.

Draft at the source. Cloudy very pale yellow color. Aroma of lemony hay. Taste is smooth, slightly sour citrus and summer fruit. Could use a bit more funk.

Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized frothy white head. Aroma of pale malt, citrus, dry bready notes, spicy finish. The taste is spice, citrus, stone fruits, bready malts. Medium bodied, assertive carbonation.
