Many thanks to Kevnic2008 for sharing! Smooth sweetish malty beginning. Rich, dry. Concentrated liquorice. Not too sweetish, thick-viscous, moderate bitter-sweetish caramelly concentrated in the aftertaste. Nice!

Many thanks for this beer to Grzesiek79. Pours a very dark brown with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is sweet, coffee chocolate, wood.

Bottle with expiry date 10.03.2016. Aroma is a bit of chocolate, fruity, alcohol does not disturb. Lacks roasted aroma and aggressiveness - strange. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Full body, but could be more thick. Definitely not a good imperial stout, actually tastes more Belgian due to fruity notes. Something definitely went not as intended. Ignoring the style, a good beer.

Barwa ciemnobrunatna, beżowa, niezbyt obfita piana, jako tako się trzyma. W aromacie ubogo, lekka słodycz, trochę paloności i alkohol. W smaku słodko, trochę ciemnych owoców, kawy, paloność - jak na RISa dość ubogo, dominuje mało szlachetny alkohol, jak na 24 Plato treść jest niespecjalna, wysycenie zbyt wysokie, goryczka też gdzieś daleko w tyle. Sporo wad, niestety Tenczynek nie trzyma poziomu pozostałych marek BRJ, co boli, szczególnie w tym przypadku.

Butelka 330ml (10.05.2016). Piwo o czarnej, nieprzejrzystej barwie, jasno-brazowej, dosc obfitej, srednio pecherzykowej pianie, nawet trwalej zapowiada sie calkiem niezle. O ile w pierwszym momencie, bezposrednio z butelki aromat jest glownie czekoladowy, to po przelaniu do szkla wyrazna nuta, niezbyt ulozonego alkoholu acz z likierowym charakterem wisni w czekoladzie, przykrywa nieco nuty palone, czekoladowe, sliwkowe. Ale ogolnie aromat jest niezly nawet z tym alkoholem, ktory dodaje nieco ostrosci i niestety nut rozpuszczalnikowych w miare uplywu czasu. W smaku jest podobnie jak w aromacie choc w tym przypadku alkohol, juz mocno wyrazny, mocno przytlacza, jest ciut ostry i piekacy co znacznie degraduje przyjemnosc jaka moze dostarczyc imperialny stout. Piwo jest tresciwe, slodkawe z wyrazna lepkoscia, dokladnie oblepiajaca podniebienie, da sie wypic choc porzadne lezakowanie mogloby calkowicie odmienic jego oblicze. A tak jest tylko ledwo przyzwoicie choc kilka poziomow wyzej od katastrofalnego milk stouta.

Poured from the bottle. Appearance is good - jet black. Unfortunately there is alcohol and aldehyde-acetic acid (green apples) in the aroma and taste. There are traces of caramel, cocoa and cofee in the palate, showing that this beer has a great potential but so far it is too young. It can be a rich beer after a year in the cellar. So far it is bery mediocre.
