You have chosen wisely in picking up this IPA. We aren't out here looking for our mommies; We dug up some excellent centennial and chinook and decided to make a West Coast IPA that belongs in a museum. I suddenly remembered my charlamagne: "Let my hops be piney citrusy, and resinous."

A classic West Coast IPA built on a backbone of Centennial and Chinook. Bright grapefruit and pine resin lead the charge, followed by layers of citrus peel and subtle floral bitterness. Crisp, dry, and firmly bitter, this one finishes clean with a balanced dry finish that keeps you reaching for another sip.

Poured from 473mL can. Clear yellow gold with dissipating white head. Chewy, light biscuit malt with soft, sweaty floral grapefruit hops. A bit timid, clean, average.
