Black IPA
Hops: Simcoe, Strata, Amarillo.
It's back… by popular demand!
Like last year, No Entry is just as deliciously hoppy and again manages to beautifully balance hop bitterness and roast malt character.
We've kept the same hop base – beloved Simcoe – and added an extra layer of fruit and dank with Strata and Amarillo in lieu of Chinook and Citra. So good!

Brown with a frothy, off-white head. Aroma is all tangerines up front with touches of (paprika!) and pine underneath. Very hop forward and this continues throughout—it’s bitter the whole way through, although never harsh. Finishes with a sort of citric, roasted edge and lingering tangerine. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, moderately dry, quite fruity and easygoing. Like this one!

440ml can. Pours almost black with a beige head. Aroma of strong piney resinous hops, chocolate and caramel malts, a little roast. Taste is very hoppy, citrus peel, grapefruit, piney resin, chocolate and caramel malt character with some roastiness, strong bitter hop finish that lingers.
A very hop-forward BIPA that was right up my Straße (but maybe wants some more of them dark malts for some balance).

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb, shared with Marko. Blackish coloured, small to medium sized pale beige head, roasty and mild caramel nose. Roasty, caramel, herbal, light chocolate and nutty with quite dry bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Can at Goblet with Ogi and Karlo. Very dark blackish brown body, off-white head. Creamy aroma, caramel, nutty and light onion in the aroma, floral. Medium to light dryish body, very nutty, herbal, lightly citric, good bitterness. Not too flashy but it's okay.
