Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity aroma of strawberry jam, honeydew, caramel, nuts and bread. Sweetish-malty, slightly fruity taste of caramel, nuts, bread, some honeydew and hints of strawberry jam, followed by a short, slightly bitter, fruity-resiny finish. Medium to full body, smooth and creamy to oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Really nice pale doppelbock, a little fruity, satisfying palate, round. Gänstaller quality!
