Snifter, on draft at Small Bar Logan Square. Thick, cloudy pour. Pale gold color. The beer is like pine lemonade. Love the strong pine flavor, lots of citric tartness. Not quite as clean and bright as the regular version. But lots of lactic tartness, lemony, and the pine makes a great addition.

Comes together well. Pine needles really come together well with this style. pours orange with ok head and lacing. A little salty and sour on the finish, perfect for style. Nice. Tap at Churchkey.

Draft at Rustico, Alexandria. Poured a slightly hazy golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was pine needles and sap, herbal character, light sea breeze. Flavor was mild herbal character, pine sap. Pretty drinkable for smelling a bit too much like the sap you get on your hands that just won’t come off. Slight lemon zest finish.

Unlabeled bottle. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice creamy head. Spicy-fresh aroma. Starts fine spicy, sourish, some lemon notes. Hints of wood and spices, syrup, also some notes of grapefruit. Finish drier, still mild sourish. All in all well balanced and a really nice beer!
