"Good girls want him bad. Bad girls want him worse."
Rye Baby IPA ain't for no squares!
Brewed with floor malted English Marris Otter and a hefty charge of rye malts, this beer brings a spicy malt presence to the scene. But its the hops that are the stars of this hep ale. We hopped Rye Baby with copious amounts of Chinook and Simcoe hops and then dryhopped it with a blend of the two to give it an amazing hop character that will make you the baddest delinquent in Baltimore! We think Rye Baby is a delicious beer that you'll be burning inside to drink, and if that's a crime we'll stand convicted!

Can, from the Wine Source, Baltimore. Pours cloudy dark orange with foamy off-white head, faint orange aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter orange taste, with piney flavor, smooth body, long finish. Very decent typical American IPA.

12oz can. Filtered orange body. Thin white head. Pleasant enough malt tone, but the hip balance is sort of tame and forgettable, mostly just displaying piney chinook, some zest from the simcoe. Filtration keeps it clean. Well made. Pretty standard stuff overall.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a dark caramel color with a large foamy orange-beige head that left great lacing. The aroma was bitter, piney and resinous with floral hops and a grainy note. The flavor was bitter, piney and fruity with a grainy undertone. Long bitter piney finish. Medium body. Ok.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a dark, slightly murky orange color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was notes of light grapefruit, with a spice note, zest and some balanced malts. Flavor was malty, spice, and grapefruit citrus notes. Rye is pretty well subdued.
