Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 1. Hazy dark orange to reddish color, full sized off-white head. Aroma is quite faint, not a lot of aroma detectable. Taste malts, dark malts, a bit bready, slightly a hint of sweet grains in the background, but a quite firm malt bitter finish. Ok.

Flaske 500ml kjøpt på bryggeriet. Drukket på Bergstua 21 Mai 16. Mørk brun. Lavt skum. Lett karamellaroma. Smaken karamell. Balansert. Litt tørr etter hvert. Burde fungere utmerket til ymse kjøttretter.

500ml bottle bought at Harstad Bryggeri. Pours a near clear, deep golden-brown body. Hazy last pour. Rocky, off-white head slowly diminishing while leaving spotty lacing behind. Nuts and earthy malts on the nose, lightly roasted. Brown malty taste, moments of earth and toffee and a little backdrop of herbal hops. Nicely roasted ending. Soft and clean in the mouth. Medium bodied. Food friendly with our Sunday chicken dish (Tromsø 08.05.2016).
