12oz pour at the brewery pours a hazy bright gold with some thin white head. Nose is floral, chrysanthemum tea, straw, some kumquat, some dried grass, a little yogurt. Flavor is tart, kumquats without the bitterness, fair amount of yogurt, tangerine, straw, white flour, a little tea. Tannic, tart finish.

Draft at the source. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma had a nice amount of funk, guava, light tropical notes. Not too tart, but a touch funky, nice refreshing tropical notes. Maybe let it stick around with brett a little longer?
