Slightly unclear pale golden body with a thin, quickly disappearing head. Lively carbonation as expected where the champagne method was used for the second fermentation. Aroma of apple with a floral touch. Taste is light and refrshing apple, quite clean with a faint floralt hint. Fine balance between sweetness and acidity. Not super complex but really nice and refreshing.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A bit heavy on the carbonation, but quite pleasant anyway. Apple and a hint of something similar to pear. Hints of apple cores and grass. Not very complex, but nice anyway. 747414 260515

YG. Pale golden color with a white head. Aroma and flavor is apple, apple core, yeast, acidic, grass.
