We went full West Coast... Brewed with Pale and a touch of Crystal Malts, then hopped for flavor, aroma, AND bitterness with a handful of our favorite American varietals. Hoppy, malty, bitter, aromatic, and flavorful

Reviewed from notes.
On tap at C.H. Evans on 11/27/2022
Appearance: orange to copper color with a bar pour's kind of slim white foamy head which tapered off at a nice pace but barely left any lace
Aroma: some piney hops with a touch of mixed citrusy hops; light clean malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes about the same
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; good smoothness with nothing preventing a good beer flow; good carb level
Overall: it's good as a West coast styled IPA that I could come back to.
