*V* A baklava inspired barleywine, "Dirt Wizard" spent 18 months in a variety of whisky barrels before keg conditioning for another 9 months. We then combined that barleywine base with 15lbs of toasted coconut, madagascar vanilla, and 10lbs of toasted maple almond granola. Immense toffee, caramel, and dark fruit aromatics combine with rich coconut and maple. Flavors are sweet, with more toffee, maple, and coconut, swirling with cherry and hints of nuttiness finishing with notes of vanilla and oak.
