We are celebrating our 10th anniversary! The fourth celebration beer in this series is a West Coast crusher. Over the past few years, we have spent considerable time refining our West Coast IPAs, aiming for a light-colored, crisp brew with a mid-palate saturated with resinous hops and a clean but firm bitterness on the finish. Can, #938, four weeks after canning. Pours clear yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is citrusy hops with oranges, grapefruit and stone fruits and grassy notes, as well as malts with cereals, hay and honey. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is piney hops with citrusy notes of grapefruit, oranges and stone fruits, as well as malts with light bread, hay and honey. Lingering hoppy finish.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet Sandnes Sentrum (Maxi). ABV is 6.5%. Nearly clear golden colour, large to moderate white head. Moderate aroma of piney and grapefruity hops. Distinct flavour of grapefruity and resinous hops, with a solid bitterness.

Can at home. Pours almost clear dark golden to light amber with stable off-white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, cookies, pine needles, resin. Taste is perfectly balanced between malty sweetness and bitterness. Medium bodied, bitter and dry finish.

440ml can, #938. Shiny golden body, almost clear, stable white head leaving spotty lacing behind. Inviting lemony hops on the nose with a nice malty touch. Solid west coast taste with leafy hops, citrus, and oats. Reisinous bitter tail, mid-dry. Fine bodied. Enjoyed back home on a lazy Sunday afternoon. (Tromsø, 03.05.2026).
