Cask at the brewery. Pours near black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has lots of bitter malt and roast with a touch of creaminess from lactose. Flavor starts with creamy dark chocolate and has a growing bitter roasted malt note through the finish.

Draft - Lots of roast, chocolate and a bit of dark bean in the finish. Jet black with a rich tan head. Big roast, dark fruit, bitter chocolate. There is an underlying sweet and sourness that gives this some complexity.
