Draft at Of Love & regret. Hazy golden yellow color. Aroma of summer fruit on a honey background. Taste has subtle tannins, bone dry.

Served on draft at Beer Run. My first time having a mead on draft and my first South Africa rating. Woot! This is the Zymatore version aged on French oak. Pours a clear yellow color with slight legs. The taste is honey, floral notes, earth and citrus. The taste is sweet honey, citrus, wood and a slight medicinal quality. Medium bodied with lingering warmth.

75 cL bottle at Sunset Grill. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is dry honey herbal. Sweet, sweet and honey herbal. Rather dry and honey hebral towatds the finish. Ends smooth and fruity into the finish.
