This easy-drinking session beer pours a deep golden color. It smells slightly floral and herbal, thanks to a hopback full of Cascade and Centennial hops. Gold is tasty and refreshing, with a round mouthfeel. In 2010, it took awards at both the Great American Beer Festival and the World Beer Cup.

Bottled. Gold pour white head. Some straw and light fruits. OK but not too charismatic.

Cask conditioned beer in the USA, whoop whoop! In a tulip glass, but never mind. Pale and floral, not too shabby at all.

Easy drinking but quite free of taste. Pours golden with OK head. Some light barely but not even crisp. Tap at Rosslyn brewpub.

Pours a slightly hazy straw from a bottle, with a nice aroma of pale and caramel malts. Not much hop in the nose, but a good subtle bitterness along with the caramel flavor. Nice mouthfeel, better than most in this type IMHO. Good beer.

Draught. Slightly hazy dark yellow with small white foamy head, faint honey aroma, sweetish taste with honey flavor, medium carbonation, abrupt finish. Nice example of the genre.
