This Bohemian lager has a crisp body, straw color and mild, herbal aroma from a 1 lb. per barrel dry hop of Czech Saaz. To spice things up we added 2 lbs. per barrel of jalapeño and Serrano peppers that blend deliciously with the honey malt notes of our Pilsner.
