Our chocolate superhero is aiming high.
Chocotástico is an Imperial Pastry Stout conceived to take cocoa to another dimension. Brewed with a complex base of 8 malts, including chocolate and roasted varieties, we’ve pushed the flavor intensity to the next level by adding cocoa powder and chocolate nibs during the hot side of the process.
To give it even more superpowers, we conditioned the beer with caramel, lactose, and a touch of salt to make every note pop and flood the palate. On the tongue, it’s pure sweetness leaving a long, warm, and decadent finish. A high-intensity liquid dessert.

Tap @ Salt Horse, Edinburgh. Black with a big light brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, cocoa, heavy chocolate and lactose. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Soft. 240726
