Elizabeth Townsend founded Kerroo Brewing Company with her partner Nick in Port Erin on the Isle of Man, after attending our IWD Brewday Experience back in 2023. Whilst we can hardly take credit for giving her the push to join the industry and build a brewery back home, this collaboration feels truly like a full circle moment, and exactly why we do what we do around IWD.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear gold beer, small off white head that doesn't last. Light palate, a mild dryness, reasonable fine carbonation. Slightly thin bodied pale malts, a moderate but adequate sweetness. Good cascade citrus, slightly mandarin - tangerine, touch of pithy orange. Light cooling pine throughout. A pleasant affair if one best appreciated on a very hot day.

Panda from Colin. Cheers. Slightly opaque copper gold. Foamy translucent white head. Aroma has stone fruit and citrus with intertwining floral and herbal notes. Medium bitter. Tart citrus and resin. Gooseberry. Underlying hints of sweetness. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Nice but doesn't ping.

440ml can. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma of light citrus and grassy/floral hops. Taste of pale malts, grains, citrus and floral flavours, grapefruit, passionfruit, moderate bitterness. Medium-ish bodied.

Can at home picked up from Craft Metropolis. A mostly clear pale golden yellow, straw coloured pour with a fading white head. Aroma is fragrant grass, light perfume, zesty, crisp, bready grains, Flavour is composed of super crisp, light bready grains, chalky, light pine, fragrant grass, pollen. Palate is super crips, light grains, highish prickly carbonation.
