Mirror Test is a collaboration blend with our friends at Slow Pour Beer Bar to celebrate their one-year anniversary! Together we tasted and meticulously chose our favorite barrels from the Monolith cellars. This blend of 1 & 2 year Mixed Fermentation barrels focuses on classic flavours and prominent wine character from California Red Wine barrels. The result is blueberry, and citrus pith aromatic with pomelo, stone fruit and strong red wine flavours. It finishes with bright carbonation, drying tannins, and a velvety wine-like acidity.
