Taste comprises a touch of orange, straw, biscuit, musty fruit notes. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. 35 years of twig - here’s to the next 35!

Bottle shared at chriso’s Easter 2015 tasting - London. Sourced from an online shop. Pours perfectly clear gold with a smooth, creamy white head of immaculate proportion. The nose holds doughy biscuits, grain and restrained citrus rind. Light to medium sweet flavor with more of that doughy biscuit goodness, light cabbage, grain and a kiss of bitter straw. Light in body with average, massaging carbonation. Sugary finish with more cabbage-laced doughy biscuits, straw, white bread. Not bad. Congratulations to Cotleigh on their achievement.
