Bibo (pronounced bēbō) is a true pilsner with ingredients from five different countries that has a pronounced continental hop flavor and aroma in an incredibly well-balanced package. We use an enormous amount of the classic Czech Saaz and a touch of Motueka hops from New Zealand to put a new world twist on this beautiful old world style. Motueka offers a subtle pineapple note that underlies a harmony of the traditional black pepper, herbal, and cracker grain character pilsners are famous for. Bibo is dry, quenching, and frankly amazingly delicious.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, lively head. Piney nose with peach and grass. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some grass. Mid bitter finish.

12 ounce can. Pale gold color. Large frothy white head. Aroma is mild grain and herbal hops. Flavor is more of the same. Light, bready flavor. Some hop spiciness. Earthy, herbal notes. Clean and crisp.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, some herbal, mild floral and zesty tones. Flavour is zesty, grassy, herbal and mild sweet malty and grainy tones to it. Crisp.

0,335l can from Drikbeer advent calendar, #7. Canned 10/04/24, bbe 02/04/25. Clear light golden beer with medium head. Aroma has malts, grain, honey and butter with some cardboard. Flavor follows.

Pale yellow color with a slightly spicy aroma. Crisp, bitter hop taste of a Czech style but with a hint of malt sweetness at the finish. Dry finish.

Draught @ Cloudwater Friends and Family Fest 2020, Manchester. Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Grass and bread. Dry and floral. Big soul. Really tasty. Wauw. Had it again at The Pilcrow the day after - amazing beer.
