Bibo (pronounced bēbō) is a true pilsner with ingredients from five different countries that has a pronounced continental hop flavor and aroma in an incredibly well-balanced package. We use an enormous amount of the classic Czech Saaz and a touch of Motueka hops from New Zealand to put a new world twist on this beautiful old world style. Motueka offers a subtle pineapple note that underlies a harmony of the traditional black pepper, herbal, and cracker grain character pilsners are famous for. Bibo is dry, quenching, and frankly amazingly delicious.

A: Clear pale yellow with a short but lasting head and patchy lace.
S: Muted bread, wood and green herb aroma.
T: Close to the nose with sharp woody notes, peppery hay and grass.
M: Average to stiff carbonation, light crisp body and clean finish.
O: Pretty good pils though the Motueka hops don't seem to add much.

Can at the Chattanooga location. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma is straw forward with a hint of bread, grass and hay supporting. Flavor has lots of straw, a growing hay and a bit of bread and dry grass in the finish.

12 ounce can. Pale gold color. Large frothy white head. Aroma is mild grain and herbal hops. Flavor is more of the same. Light, bready flavor. Some hop spiciness. Earthy, herbal notes. Clean and crisp.

Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, some herbal, mild floral and zesty tones. Flavour is zesty, grassy, herbal and mild sweet malty and grainy tones to it. Crisp.
