On a very sunny day in July '22, Superstition Meadery and Frontaal Brewing Company visited the meadery at Kollektiv Mead.
Together we made a sour cherry and strawberry mead that developed into a very complex mead.
We put half of the mead to rest on a rye whiskey barrel.
Enjoy this sipper by a campfire or fireplace and share them with good company, like we joined forces to make this mead.

Pours dark redbrown. Scent is bit clinical, but less so than the base version. Taste is full, sweet, harsh 'clinical' aspect is higher here - more so than the aroma, more so than the base version. Not my favorite... might even be my least favorite Kollektiv.
