Can at 5.0% ABV. Brewed at Eichbaum, Germany. Pours clear gold eit huge white frothy head. Aroma: grainy malts, metal, distant hip spiciness. Light body. Taste: seeetish malts, some hops. Light bitterness. Slightly below average in the lager area.

From old tasting notes. Bright medium gold color. Big bubbles lead to a creamy white head. Very light grainy malt nose with a hint of sour apple. Tart inoffensive malt/hop flavor. Some zest initially, but it fades quickly. Light dry finish.

This is what I drank as a teenager in New York when I didn’t know better, couldn’t afford anything else, and didn’t have much choice. Typical boring lager.

Had a taste of this at the bar last night - someone was joking about craft beer connoisseur-ship. As I said then, papery taste of garbage with some piss. Yum.

Can. A- Grains, grass, cereal. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Grains, water, cereal, slightly malty. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, watery finish. O- An old school pale lager. This is what your grandpa drank. Leave it to him.

Clear pale golden colour, frothy white head, vanishes quickly, no lacing; malty nose, corn, herbal hops; light sweet, slightly bitter; medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation; crisp medium bitter finish.
