Honey, barley malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet lemon, barley malt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice.

Draft at IAD. No detectable aroma. Taste is not much better. Hops water with no malt. No character.

Sampled on draft at the Las Vegas location this beer poured a pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that faded and left a bit of lacing. The aroma was faint and grainy with a hint of citrus. The flavor was grainy and dryish with a bot of citrus and perfume and a light tangy undertone. Medium length finish. Light body. Not good.

Clear golden with a medium sized white head and good lacing. Aroma and flavors of malts, banana, wheat and grains
This would be nice on a hot day.

Tap @ the brewpub. Nice head with good duration. Color is yellow. Aroma and taste are crisp clean malt, straw and hops.

0.5L draft, served in a sort of oversized slightly flared Kolsch glass, at Gordon Biersch in Leawood, Kansas. The pour is a clear golden, with lots of carbonation bubbles, and a one inch white head that falls pretty quick. The aroma is soft floral and hay, simple, fresh nose. The taste is cracker sweet malt right off, the hay, and some mineral and a bit of general earthiness. Aftertaste lingers with a touch of the sweetness. The palate is light to medium bodied, featuring above average fine carbonation and the earthy mineral finish. Easy drinking, nice take on the style.

Draught@Gordon Biersch, Downtown Seattle
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head, lace. Herbal, beany aroma. Light-bodied, crisp carbonation. Fruity, lemony flavor, some bubblegum. Well in brewed in style, but not very exciting.
