bottle - This brew has a big, dense head and smells of caramel mat. It has a sweet caramel malt flavor with some mild hops. Medium bodied and easy to drink, it was still pretty band and underwhelming.

Bottle from Utah State store on Harris in Salt Lake City. Pours rather dark copper with a beige head. Aroma of roasty malt and mixed hop. Med body. Flavor is treacle/roasty malt with some serious hop. Not enough hop to make it dry, but it’s getting pretty bitter. Drinkable.

This is a good Amber ale. Copper color, and a thin head that laces the glass. Some nut flavor and caramel malt. Mild hops, with a finish of dry grain.

Courtesy of douglas88. Pours clear amber with ruby edges and thin tan head. The aroma is sharp spicy hops, earthy hops, malt roastiness and a sense of saltiness. The taste is similar with pleasing levels of spicy hops, earthy hops, a thin layer of grapefruit then picking up malt sweetness and a bit of roasted malts. Nice full flavored brew.

22oz bottle picked up at Squatters
Appearance: Pours clear copper/amber with a nice off-white with some lacing left in the glass
Aroma: Huge citrus and fruity aroma
Taste: Piney, caramel and bitter pine
A very nice amber ale, nice and hoppy. Clean, crisp and refreshing. This is the first beer in the small batch series. I’m looking forward to the next ones.
