Shiny gold. Big foam head. Funky brett and pepper. Herbs, spice and yeasty funk. Pretty interesting.

22 oz. bottle purchased at Redstone Liquors, Andover location. Aroma is a crazy amount of spices; sage, dried flowers, weak citrus, yeast.
The flavor has a light part hand from the Brett. But to be completely honest, this really has too much spice and herbs. Borderline abrasive. Maybe I should have let this sit to see if it would have gotten better? I would not recommend drinking this fresh. Lay it down and see if the Brett helps balance the herbs.

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with visible carbonation and a fluffy white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of flora and sweet light fruits with sweet grains supporting. Flavor is very fruit and flora forward with a bit of sweet grains and funk underlying.

Bottle - Sweet, herbal, fruity and flowery with lemon citrus notes. Clearish gold with a decent white head. Sweet and candy like with herbal notes. Interesting but not something I would want again.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours orange with a white head. Aroma is sage, funk, herbs and other spices. Beer fell a little flat for me. There was too much sage and not really enough of everything else. I think the brett didn’t have a chance to develop very much, so it didn’t add too much for me. Meh.

Pours a light golden yellow, with big, soapy head. Flowery, spicy, herbal aromas. Flavor is dominated by an overpowering sage, with fruit, herbs, and spices. Too much carbonation to this one as well. Really not my favorite style, I had to force myself to finish this.

Location: 22 oz bottle from Superstar Beer City, 11/6/14
Aroma: The nose is fairly spice heavy, with ginger, yeast, funk, lemon rind, and a little perfume
Appearance: A slightly hazy orange-golden color with a small, sheeting, lasting head and heavy lace
Flavor: Flavor-wise, it is rather spice forward, with a good bit of yeast, lemon, fruit, and light bitterness
Palate: The body is medium-plus, with a rather fizzy carbonation, and a dry finish
Overall Impression: This one works reasonably well. There's too much carbonation, which keeps it from being super drinkable. The spices overpower the rest of the components. It could probably use a bit more balance.

8oz pour at Torst. Pours a hazy orange with some cloudy, creamy white head. Nose has an interesting mix of herbs and perfume, lavendar, sage, a little musky, some hand soap, some dried spices, a little dusty. No real hint of brett. Flavor has more of the brett that is promised, lemony, white grape, plenty of herbal notes, sage, lavendar, even some sorrel, malt back bone too. Brett makes things a bit peppery as well. Soapy, creamy finish. Very nice.
