What’s in a bubble? Well, since you ask, Maris Otter, wheat and oat malts for body, clean fermentation with our house yeast and then hops, lots of hops. Citra, Mosaic, Strata, Nelson and Krush for aromas of orange, guava, passionfruit and lychee. Get a bubble in with your bestie.

Great ale. Lean and dank. Some lightly salty tropical fruits, subdued pine oils, rindy citrus. Background pale bread sweetness. Soft bitterness. Wildly drinkable sauce.

Can at home picked up from HOTM probably. An attractive translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting fluffy white froth. Aroma is soft fluffy bready grains, NZ hop bouquet, tarmac, white grape, mellow tropicals, bubblegum, citrus twist. Flavour is composed of soft bready grains, light wheat, layered NZ hops, lime twist, white grape, spicy citrus, firm bitterness, nelson sauvin, Palate is soft fluffy, delicate, airy carbonation. Absolutely lovely.

Can. RAD Beer online. Hazed lemon yellow. Good sticky white froth stays the duration. Thought this was an NZ hopped job at first but it’s not. Nicely tangy vibrant grape notes. Good juicy citrus. Bit of yellow melon. Lean malt backdrop. Smells good. Taste has a light citrusy sweetness but mostly it’s lean bitter and a little dry. Very smashable overall with a pithy zesty bitter finish. Great stuff.

Hazy gold with a bubbly white head and a sweet citrus fruit aroma. Fresh and fizzy, satsuma and citrus kicks, finishes dry and bitter.
