The hops in this beer (predominately of the Cascade variety) are 100% estate grown and harvested by Anderson Valley Brewing Company. The herbal, hoppy aromas hide hints of pine and garden-fresh green vegetable. The flavor has a crisp, hop bitterness supported by a light, bready malt backbone with undertones of toasted bagel. Although the bitterness is fairly high (estimated in the 40 – 60 IBU range), the lean body and clean hop flavors giving this beer a high drinkability.

Draught from the ginger manhattan . Yellow gold pour. white head. Floral aroma and Some hops. PRetty not too impressive overall.

Pours a cloudy amber colour and a stiff white head with good retention. Aroma's of somewhat stale/old hops, caramel. Retronasal it's old hops, herbal. Flavour is light moderate bitter with light caramel sweetness. Light bodied. Finish is rather bitter after all. Next time fresh please.

Hazy dark golden with a white head. Aroma of cheesy malt, old hops and cardboard notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and above moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

On tap at prefunk Boise. Pours out a golden topped with a white head. Nose is leafy grass hops some citrus and earthy notes. Taste is more of the nice leafy fresh hops.

OnTap Hazy soft deep golden. Thin wispy off-white head. Lots of fresh floral slightly grassy hop aromas and flavors. Classic wet/fresh hop pale. Light bodied and very fresh tasting. Terrific

Keg at Monk’s American Bar, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity, salty nose. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Salty and fruity. Mid bitter finish.

Draft @ Söder om Småland, Malmö. Pours a slightly hazy pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with hoppy hints, Fruity malty caramel hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Light Amber color. Tangerine and oranges in the nose, very lightly hopped. Too light and boring, but well made. Easy drinking.

Draft. Clear yellow color, thick white head, solid lacing. Aroma of subtle straw. Taste is dried grass. Very bitter and lager-like.
