Bottle: Poured a hazy beige color ale with a rather large off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of rustic malt with light lingering sweet notes. Taste is a mix between some rustic malt with light residual sugar and some light dry wheat notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Well brewed though fell a bit short on the complexity expected for this style.

Pours cloudy blond with some lacing. Light to medium carbonation. Smells yeasty, light hops. A touch of hay and some barn aromas. Light bitterness. Medium palate, good consistency. On tap at Bar hop.

Best of Beau’s 4-pack, 6.3% ABV. Pours a cloudy golden colour with a fizzy off-white head, average retention and low lacing. Spicy aromas, notes of orange and honey, caramel malts. Belgian Ale yeast taste with a nice blend between the citrus and the grain. A decent refreshing summer patio brew. Too bad today is Christmas. :P

A golden saison with a super thick frothy white head. In aroma, pungent and grassy, with orange peels, perfume, a bit soapy, but nice. In mouth, a smooth sweet fruity malt with light curacao, coriander, berries, oily mouthfeel, grassy notes, very well made. On tap at Arrow and Loon, April 15 2012.
