Brewed in collaboration with our friends from White Labs, Lellemand, and Hopsteiner, Philly Haze is a lower ABV IPA fermented with a new, experimental, yeast strain from White Labs and Lellemand called "Suava." It ferments hot and produces a ton of thiols, which really amp up the intense, blueberry notes that come from the Erebus hops, provided by Hopsteiner!

Draught at the source: pours hazy with white head. Aroma is pineapple and lemon. Smooth and easy. Not bitter.
