This light, clear and crisp beer will cut right through the rich, fattiness of a hot dog. A sweet, fruity essence from Applewood dried malt and a slightly spicy hop note from traditional German hops adds depth of flavor. Ingredients: Pilsner malt, Vienna malt, Applewood dried malt, dextrin, Nugget hops, Hersbrucker hops.

Pour is a bright clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is cracker malt with some generic hop. Flavor is grain malt and I do get a bit of smoke from the applewood as the beer warms but that only kills any hop flavor. Still decent and a very unique kolsch.
