West Coast DIPA w/ Simcoe, Mosaic, Nectaron, Strata CGX, & Nelson Cryo.
This West Coast Double IPA draws its power from many fonts of flavor; old and new, near and far. From the old world, Simcoe and Mosaic plus a sneaky addition of Columbus Cryo lay down a foundation of dankness and dark berries with a bit of tropicality. Nectaron, Nelson, and Strata then come in with some brighter notes of pineapple, stonefruit, and gooseberry to round out the profile into something bold, fruity, and dangerously crushable.

473ml can. Clear golden with a thin white head. Aroma of dank herbs, grapefruit, pine. Taste is piney, resinous, grapefruit, orange, dank and herbal though not as much as the aroma suggested, vinous and gooseberry notes, moderate-strong bitterness throughout. Medium bodied. Very decent.

Keg at The Handsome Prince, Cambridge. Pours clear amber orange with beige foam. Malty, grapefruit, orange marmalade, milder gooseberry, sticky resin, dank. Light to moderate sweet with moderate+ bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation. Very good.
