US Hazy IPA with Strata®, Chinook & Audacia®
Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Indie Hops.
Working closely with Jim Solberg at Indie, we've been able to explore some of the growers' favourite lots from the 2025 harvest; together they sing with honey mango, huckleberry & lychee. A deeply expressive batch of Strata takes the lead, accented by a field of punchy sweet/tart Audacia. Ever-popular for it's grapefruit & juniper character, when grown in the Yakima valley, their Oregonian Chinook has a tropical style all of its own.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy deep golden body with a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and pink lady apples. Flavour of grapefruit and vine tomatoes. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Juicy and hoppy.
