Bottle, shared after Annafest. Dark oily. Tobacco, damp, vanilla, wood, sweetness. Front heavy, strong, artificial something, harsh. This one cant be saved by vanilla icecream, I think it would benefit being morphed into a balsamic vinegar.

Bottle that I picked up from Craftbeershop Parchim, we consumed this in our apartment in Erlangen after a lovely afternoon/evening at Annafest Forcheim Friday 31st July in the company of Jonas and Ursula. Pours black with almost no head whatsoever. I didn't have the foggiest what the barrel ageing was but Ursula informed us that its bourbon barrel aged.. it's okay but truth told not completely doing it for me,, not so smooth, a little tangy which I do like but otherwise meh.... Score: 6.8

Intensiver, cremig malziger Beginn. Schokolade, Vanille, holzig, geringe Karbonisierung. Würzig mit alkoholischen Tendenzen, hohe Süffigkeit, cremig bleibend. Langer, intensiv Malz Abgang mit viel Kakao. 7/12/11/12/12/12
