Cloudy golden colour, small white head and lace. Pine, some yeast notes in the nose. Light to medium-bodied. Piney, bitter flavour but then sweetish yeast flavours. Kind of unclean WCIPA.

A golden beer, a head is quite big and blond. Aroma has riped fruitness, grapefruit, pine, also fructose. Taste has riped fruitness, pine, even resin. Medium bodied. Not so fresh as should be. East beats west in this competition.

(Re-rate, 20260511) The extreme herbal notes have faded. Tropical fruits, resin, citrus and bitterness remain. Note to self: fresh isn't always good
(Keg at CoolHead Taproom, 20260508) The beer poured deep golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had herbal notes, honey and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, herbalness, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste had herbalness, resin and bitterness. A nice hoppy brew with quite surprising hop notes. Old score: 8-6.5-6.5-7-6
