Pint on tap at Front Yard, Ellis Island. Sweet malt nose, clear amber beer, nice head of foam. Zero carbonation. Typical sweet North American Lager, drinkable with no flaws.

On tap at Front Yard. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has light grass but is mainly straw and sweet grains underlying. Flavor has straw and hay throughout with a bit of grass and sweetness supporting.

Keg at the village pub McCarran Airport. A mostly clear pale yellow coloured pour with a fine thin white head.. Aroma is corn, clean, cereal,. Flavour is composed of light and watery, corn, some grass, watery hops. Palate is thin and watery, grainy, moderate carbonation. Not much to it. Fairly clean.

29/6/2018. Draft at the Ellis Island Casino & Brewery, Las Vegas. Menu says 5% but hard to believe. Pours pale gold with a small white head. Aroma of light hop, fruit, grass and sweet malt. Quite heavy sweetness, minimal bitterness. Light body, slight oily and watery texture, above average carbonation. Really nothing to it so in terms of it trying to be light it's a success.

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a clear light golden color with a large soapy-foamy yellow-white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was faint sour mash and odd vague hops. The flavor was very mild with a bit of sour mash and a semi sweet undertone. Short finish. Light body. It is what it is.

A blonde lager with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet biscuit malt with light hops. In mouth,a nice sweet malt with mineral notes, faint hops. On tap at brewpub, June 2013.
