Hazy pale orange with a fluffy white head, this Saison certainly looks the piece. A clean, grassy hop aroma with melon, pepper and orange notes develops into a citrus zing with low hop bitterness. Smoothly textured, deliciously vibrant and to the point.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy amber/brown colored brew with an dry bitter taste with some sweetness. Hints of citrus, white pepper and melon.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, deep amber with a massive, frothy cappuchinoish beige head. Very little aroma escapes through the solid head, light phenols and caramel perhaps. Body is medium and very sweet, lowish carbonation, toffee and slightly phenollic. Has very little to do with a Saison imho. 140318

wazig bruin/amber met beperkte lichte kraag. aroma van gist, caramel, donker fruit, wat citrus. smaken, wat sinaasappel, gras, grapefruit, citrus, medium zoet, medium bitter, matige body, bittere afdronk.

Bottle shared at Cafe Hesp, Amsterdam. Very hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma of yeast (but not saison yeast), caramel, fruity notes, citrus and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with moderate prickly carbonation. Not unpleasant, but far from a normal saison.

Botella 33 cl del señor lupulo Gijón tomada en Belmonte 12..12..2016. (r66). Lote B409402 hasta 18..03..2018. Color ámbar oscuro con espuma beige. Aromas y sabores maltosos algo tostados con toques de caramelos tambien tostados y ligeros frescos cítricos y afrutados al final entre un amargo también suave y algo afrutado además de ligeramente resiniso y seco. Cuerpo ligero a medio espumoso fino y con algo de gas. 7.5 vol perfectos. No está mal

Tap at Beer Geek Bar. A darker variant of saison. Medium amber-brown colour. Moderate-light high intensity of classic saisony spiciness. Balanced, easy drinking. Properly high carbonation and feeling of more body than attenuation level suggests. Good one.
