Raisin 100% Alsace was obtained by blending Alsace grape lambics (Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer) with 20% of Meerts (a 1 year old lambic lower in abv). The blend was then refermented and matured in keg for 1 year.
