Tastes really good. And the 7 abv helps, too.

Single purchased at Chisholm Market on the north side of Grand Cayman Island. The pour is a clear golden amber with a small foamy white head. The aroma is rich toffee malt and apple fruit, nice floral herbal touch. The taste is the rich malty toffee. the fruit sweetness and finishes dry with some of the floral hop and more of the toffee malt. The palate is medium to light bodied with active natural carbonation and the dry floral. Finish. Probably my fab of CIB beers.

12 oz can from a little local liquor store in Grand Cayman. Nose is light sweet toffee, a little floral, and a malty base. Clear light amber with a medium off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet and malty. Glad I was able to find a bock for a Cayman Island rating rather the the lagers I saw.

Tukka, Grand Cayman bottle: pours brown with a rather frothy light beige head. Aroma is molasses and malts and sugar and light roast. Taste is much the same. Inoffensive and perfectly drinkable. Would not mind another.

Small format bottle from a vendor in the cruise port area, price was under 3 usd. Aroma was light booze, medium body, and low carbonation. Taste was grain and alcohol. I really did not enjoy this beer.

Bottle picked up in Grand Cayman during a cruise stop. Pours bright copper brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, biscuit, and alcohol. Medium+ sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body and sticky texture, average to soft carbonation. Warming, tasty, quite decent overall.

Bottle: Clear, dark amber, with a light tan head. Earthy caramel scent. Caramel malt, woody bittering flavour..... Just slightly metallic....but really pretty good.
