Hagström XPA is an extra pale ale made with Maris Otter malt and hopped with Magnum, Vic Secret and Azacca. It has citrus and tropical fruity aroma with slight biscuit nuances. The quite dry taste is enhanced with strong and long-lasting bitterness in the aftertaste. The fresh drinkability is still there. The beer was made at Mallassepät in Naantali.

(Keg at Oluthuone Haka, 20260513) The beer poured deep yellow and opaque. Aroma had citrus fruits, mango and grapefruit. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were citrus fruits, grapefruit, mango, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste had citrus fruits, resin and bitterness. A tasty and very dry hoppy brew.
