This refreshing American wheat drinks easy and highlights honey-sweet remnants of Louisiana sugarcane and notes of citrus on the finish from Cascade hops picked from our favorite farm in Oregon.

Pale amber and bright, with just a thin head. The sugarcane does come through a bit, with sweet malt accents. Low bitterness...this could be bland but the malts are well-extracted and there’s just enough sugarcane character in there to add complexity.

12 oz can poured, sent over by Jow. Thanks!! A shiny golden pour, almost orange, thin layer of fizz head. About as wheaty as a wheat ale will get, upon first sip. Cereal grains are quiet on the nose, dominant in the flavor. Smooth, flavorful, and easy drinking. Touch of cream body. Maybe the slightest hint of citrus. Interesting, and fun Louisiana brew to get to try. Enjoyed this.

Wanted something light and crushable for Halloween to hand out candy with and a wheat ale works with scarecrow theme. Dirty gold pour one finger head. Nose is light herbs and florals. Tastes of wheat, floral, herbal notes, light lemon. Crisp enough.

12 ounce bottle. Pours an amber gold color. Slight foamy white head. Sweet malt nose with hints of citrus. Flavor is sweet malt with grassy notes. Light body and flavor. Some wheat notes, though not the typical banana and cloves you expect. Refreshing and drinkable, though nothing special.
