Spannend. Tolles Plopp, schön die Farbe und der Schaum. In der Nase Kräuter und Süsse. Im Mund dann auch malzig, es dominiert aber der Salbei. Schmeckt ähnlich wie mit Basilikum, hier geht es aber noch ein bisschen in Richtung Sour.

hazy orange colour, medium sized creamy ecru-ish head; aroma of dried apricot, citrusy-lemongrassy, earthy-wine cellary, vinous, acidy, slight acteone, herbal and some biscuity notes; taste has the same notes with moderate intensiveness and definite hoppy bitterness; good one

Tap at Ushi Tora. Interesting smell, bit vegetable, bit sage, orange and spice. Also totally flat, herbal taste, and some tropical fruit squash. Pineapple maybe. I like this.

F: big, white, good retention. C: pale gold, bit hazy. A: malty, spicy, herbal, ginger, citrus, floral. T: malty backbone, a lot of coriander, spicy, herbal, ginger, bit soapy mouthfeel, floral, lemon, medium to almost full body, medium carbonation, there is too much spicy but according my taste actually, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Coop Supermarché in Genève Servette.
