Conspiracies proven true, after a long 5 years this concoction has finally emerged again. Dr. Hoptagon is a Double Black IPA dripping in luscious ebony hops. Smooth chocolate and caramel maltiness bolster heady tropical and citrus notes from heavy Galaxy, Amarillo, and Nugget. Both dank and dark, it drinks less like a tangerine dream and more like a tangerine nightmare.

Bottle courtesy of sonnycheeba, thanks Tim! Pours the color of unicorn poope without the rainbow, massive light poop-colored ice cream cone head with great retention and solid lacing. Aroma of pleasant pine and inoffensive brownies. Taste is aggressively hopped and roasty. Very tasty. Not poopy or rainbowy at all.
